We charge LESS commission (for tutors) than competitors simply because we understand the frustration tutors face of having half of their first month payout taken away as commission. This has also given rise to a "heck care" attitude by the tutors in their first few lessons due to the fact that they are "not paid".

I am going to elaborate more on our personalised services that set us apart from our competitors.1: We match our tutors with assignments that are no further then 3-5 MRT stops away. This will result in a more effective tuition session as less time is spend on travelling and the incidence of tutors being late will be greatly reduced.
We aim to provide the most suitable and qualified tutors for our students. We assess our tutors' abilities and qualifications to ensure that they are fully capable of delivering useful lessons for the students that will result in improvements. (All qualifications of our tutors are verified by us with all the relevant documents. Copies of the documents will be forwarded to parents who wish to verify.)
On hand, we already have a large number of undergraduates who are currently studying in NUS, NTU and SMU, ready to take up assignments. They are extremely competent in their academics and come from top JCs and secondary schools.
We have a large database of exam questions and tutorials that are being contributed by our tutors, ourselves and friends. All these materials are from reputable schools and will be handed out to tutors as useful aids when they attend tuition sessions with your child.
Our tutors are not only intellectually competant; they are also active and outgoing which will serve to build rapport with your child so as to create a more interactive tuition environment. This will allow your child to be more comfortable with the tutors and thus, more willing to learn from them. Our tutors play the role of a big brother/sister.
A SMART tutor doesn't equate to a GOOD tutor. A good tutor must be one that can communicate effectively with your child. If your child enjoys listening to his/her tutor, they will be more willing to learn. More often than not, many students do not enjoy their tuition and really dread them. This is one of the main factors that hampers the improvement of your child's grade.
